I’m Ann-Marie, (AM) a Motion Designer with six years of experience creating stories through motion and animation. I am passionate about, Title Design, Explainer Motion, and Maps. I strive to bring a distinct visual flair and passion to every project—whether for brands or the screen. I love enhancing storytelling, simplifying complex ideas, and unifying projects with dynamic visual effects, from intricate animated illustrations to innovative moving text (not subtitles!).
Before embarking on my freelance journey, I was the sole Motion Designer at a fast-paced production house in the busy creative hub of Manchester, where I delivered from pre-production to Final delivery of Film, TV, and internal design briefs. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with amazing clients and contributing to exciting films and shows, which has cemented my reputation as a creative problem solver. Whilst always remaining upbeat and calm no matter the challenge.
Originally from the sunny West Coast of Scotland and now based in Manchester, I balance my work life with a love of inline skating and walking with my two corgis Mona and Finlay.
